Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and most countries in Europe. Available destinations and options are confirmed at checkout based on your address.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over £75 (or the local equivalent). Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

How long will my order take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days in the UK and 5–12 business days internationally. Personalized items may require additional time to prepare.

Will I pay customs or duties?

For deliveries outside the UK, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules. Any such charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain beauty and skincare items cannot be returned once opened. Personalized items are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email our team with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re sorry if anything arrives less than perfect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Payments & security

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your region. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully SSL-encrypted and processed by regulated payment providers. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Prices are displayed in GBP, with the final charge shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Our beauty and skincare products are cruelty-free and many are vegan. Ingredient and material details are listed on each product page.

Do you offer personalization?

Yes — selected jewelry and accessories can be engraved or monogrammed to order. Because these are made especially for you, please allow additional preparation time and note that they are non-returnable unless faulty.

Do your products make any medical claims?

No. Our products are cosmetic and lifestyle items intended for beauty, grooming and wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have specific concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
