We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screens and the handmade nature of some items. Our products are cosmetic and lifestyle goods; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Prices are shown in GBP and may change from time to time. The price payable is the one displayed at the time you place your order. Payment is taken through our secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Byoumk Ltd and may not be used without our permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting the statutory rights you may have in your country of residence.
