You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
